Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Assist with account management, including updating customer information and processing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients based on their needs.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Mathematics and English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude.
