Responsibilities
- Operate industrial welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate and assemble high-quality metal structures.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on welding machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related technical field.
- Valid J1 Visa eligibility or documentation required.
- Basic understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Fluency in English (intermediate to advanced) is preferred for team communication.
