Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly tasks and product packaging with high attention to detail.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and equipment following strict safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas as required.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Eligibility for EB3 visa sponsorship or currently possessing a valid work visa.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
