Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform manual assembly, packaging, sorting, and labeling of finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily quality and quantity targets.
- Assist in routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency (ability to understand and follow instructions).
- High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa, AZ facility.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (or require visa sponsorship).
- No specialized technical skills required; full training provided.
