Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in software design, coding, and implementation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Document code, technical processes, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Attend internal training sessions and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid J1 Visa (Trainee category) or be eligible to obtain one.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated interest and background in Information Technology or Software Development.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective communication.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
