Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
