Responsibilities
- Assist department heads in executing daily operational strategies and workflows.
- Conduct market research and analyze local industry trends in the South Florida market.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development seminars.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and client outreach.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve organizational KPIs.
- Shadow senior staff to observe best practices in the US business environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program, or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Must be eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa (cannot have worked in the US before).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills are required).
- Valid passport and all necessary documentation ready for visa processing.
- Highly motivated, professional attitude, and a strong desire to learn.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Finance, Hospitality, or IT.
