Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and workflow of the assigned department.
- Shadow senior team members to gain insights into industry best practices.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid J1 Visa or be eligible for one.
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in the field of interest (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Willingness to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
- Valid passport book (not card) valid for at least 6 months beyond the program end date.
