Responsibilities
- Assist senior management with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Participate in team meetings, project planning, and brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Learn and adapt to the corporate culture and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of a country other than the United States.
- Must be a recent graduate (within 12 months) or currently enrolled in a university degree program.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements for the J1 Trainee visa (must have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary study).
- Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Valid passport and relevant documents ready for visa sponsorship.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
