Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn industry-specific techniques and methodologies.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support team objectives.
- Adapt to the company culture and strictly adhere to organizational policies.
- Engage in cross-cultural communication with colleagues and clients.
- Complete assigned training modules and provide feedback on the program.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program or hold a degree from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
- Must meet the eligibility requirements for a J1 Trainee visa.
- Age between 18 and 30 years old (excluding dependents).
- Must have at least 2 years of related classroom education or work experience.
- Commitment to completing the full 12-month trainee program.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel.
