Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest services
- Support event planning and execution for corporate/conference clients
- Participate in revenue management and marketing analytics projects
- Shadow department heads across hospitality divisions
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain compliance with J1 program guidelines
- Complete weekly training modules and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software
