Responsibilities
- Execute front desk operations with PMS proficiency
- Coordinate guest services and VIP experiences
- Assist in revenue management and yield strategy
- Train in event planning and banquet coordination
- Participate in sustainability initiatives
- Shadow department heads for operational insights
- Complete weekly training modules
Qualifications
- J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Fluent English communication skills
- Current enrollment in hospitality program
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Customer service experience preferred
