Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services across resort amenities including pools, dining, and recreation areas
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure AAA-standard facility conditions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weddings and corporate functions
- Manage inventory and restock supplies for guest-facing operations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to maintain seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols for guest and staff wellbeing
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship with valid passport
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong English communication skills and cultural adaptability
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
