Responsibilities
- Software Development Support: Assist senior developers in writing, testing, and debugging code for web and mobile applications.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for internal processes and technical systems.
- User Support: Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to help drive business insights and strategic decisions.
- Project Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to contribute to project milestones.
- Market Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the team informed.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a valid J1 Trainee visa.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months of graduation).
- Language Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical Background: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle or IT infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Availability: Ability to commit to flexible hours to accommodate training and study requirements.
