Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Oversee network security protocols and compliance (NIST/FISMA)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for federal agency systems
- Document IT processes and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
- Active Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages
- Eligibility for U.S. government clearance (sponsorship provided)
