Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage company-provided hardware including laptops, servers, and networking equipment
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration and network management
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and ticketing systems
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for US visa sponsorship
