Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud networks and cybersecurity systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Lead digital transformation projects and implement innovative IT solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols and security compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system training for end-users
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network administration
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/L1)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
