Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Manage and maintain the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of all incidents.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software patches and security updates.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve software proficiency and security compliance.
- Assist with physical IT asset inventory and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site support needs.
