Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive paid training covering IT infrastructure, security protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Assist senior technicians with hardware installation, software deployment, and system maintenance
- Develop customer service skills through real-world ticket resolution and user support interactions
- Complete industry certification tracks (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional) during training period
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions and system upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Participate in monthly technology workshops and continuous learning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to technical details

- Willingness to commit to a 12-week training schedule (8am-5pm weekdays)
