Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Document incidents, solutions, and assets using ITSM tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY area
- Ability to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
