Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Resolve tickets via phone, email, and remote assistance within SLA
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document procedures and maintain IT asset databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security and compliance initiatives
- Train end-users on systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- Active CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
