Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across organizational systems
- Deploy cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and optimize SaaS applications
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Train end-users on technology best practices and security awareness
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
