Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff efficiently.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and patching of operating systems and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Network team to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of support tickets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
