Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues

- Manage equipment lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and retirement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration projects
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT support/network administration
- Active security certification (CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
