Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to corporate clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document incident resolutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and component replacements
- Participate in weekly training modules and certification prep sessions
- Maintain compliance with IT security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- No college degree required – High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license for occasional client site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to earn CompTIA A+ certification within first 6 months
