Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Assist in maintaining the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in a structured paid training curriculum.
