Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the company’s computer inventory and asset tracking system.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system errors efficiently.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of major IT projects and system migrations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas, NV and undergo a paid training program.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
