Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and data backups
- Document technical procedures and maintain support tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
