Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across 500+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct training sessions
- Manage vendor relationships for software licensing and hardware procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure management with hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
- Active security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
