Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise hardware/software systems including provided equipment
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure and cloud services
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document technical processes and maintain system documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Valid U.S. work authorization required (visa sponsorship available)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
