Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
