Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical systems and resolve complex issues within SLA requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response planning
- Automate IT workflows using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) to enhance operational efficiency
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with infrastructure management
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure required
- Demonstrated expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
