Responsibilities
- Complete all phases of the paid IT training program with a minimum 90% proficiency score
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation of IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software deployments and security protocols
- Participate in regular skill-updates and certification programs

Qualifications
