- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling business cases and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proof methodologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI of experimental initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record launching at least 3 industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite to technical teams
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused technology roadmaps
