Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems using company-provided diagnostic equipment
- Perform system troubleshooting and emergency repairs with premium tools supplied
- Conduct energy efficiency audits and recommend system upgrades
- Train junior technicians on advanced HVAC technologies
- Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA safety standards
- Manage service schedules and client communications
- Document maintenance reports using company tablets
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial HVAC experience (degree not required)
- EPA 608 certification mandatory
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with digital HVAC diagnostic tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
