Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user demands.
- Engage in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies including Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
