Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and security standards.
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
