Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or AWS).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of updates to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend: Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
