Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate loading/unloading of shipments
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and procedures
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
