Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices
- Conduct architectural reviews and solution planning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with cloud technologies
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with microservices architecture
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven leadership experience with remote/distributed teams
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
