- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
