Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex technical or billing concerns
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends if required
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
