Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud applications
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct remote device deployments and system configurations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- CompTIA Network+ preferred
