Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and cloud operations
- Lead a team of 5+ technicians and system administrators
- Develop and implement disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and industry regulations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 200+ employees
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Azure/AWS, network security, and SaaS platforms
- Proven experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or PMP) strongly preferred
- Experience with hybrid/remote team management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
