As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring seamless technology operations across the region. We offer on-the-spot interviews and same-day offer letters for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal staff.
- Manage user account administration, including permissions, security clearances, and password resets.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
- Availability to participate in our upcoming Hiring Event in Austin, TX.
