Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead system optimization projects to enhance performance and security posture
- Document technical procedures and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and systems administration
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in complex incident resolution
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required for specific projects
