Responsibilities
- Perform essential agricultural tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and sort produce for shipping and distribution.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm manager immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2A visa.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID and driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred for team coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
