Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety guidelines
- Assist in crop planting and field maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or sponsorship required

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
