Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and USDA standards
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas
- Assist with packing and processing harvested goods
- Participate in seasonal crop rotations
Qualifications
