Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including vegetables and grains
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, pruning, soil preparation)
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in packing and processing harvested produce
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program sponsorship
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic experience in agricultural practices preferred
- Valid driver's license (for farm equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
